The trouble with contracts is that you pay the same whether the problem gets fixed or not. A tech on a scheduled visit has no real reason to finish the job, because the next visit is already booked and paid for.
How does no-contract pest control work?
With no-contract pest control you pay for the treatment the problem needs, book a follow-up only if it needs one, and can cancel a seasonal plan with no penalty. Once the problem is gone, you're done. If you stay on a protection plan after that, it's because the work paid off. Nobody's locking you in.
